Natalie’s expertise comes from decades of consulting on accountability issues for multiple multilateral development banks (MDBs) and UN institutions, and as the founder of Accountability Counsel, an organization dedicated to supporting communities with the effective use and improvement of accountability offices.
Natalie has been part of accountability policy development at every major MDB and has supported dozens of communities to use accountability offices effectively, including cases that have delivered remedy to complainants, changed policy and practice, and improved livelihoods and the environment.
