Whether preparing for — or suddenly addressing — a leadership transition, my work supports boards of directors and leadership teams with the policies, practices, and actions required for a values-driven leadership transition.
This work may include support for succession planning based on analysis of current leadership strengths and opportunities through research, interviews, and assessments; support designing or re-designing governance or leadership structures for transitions; project mapping the steps for organizational planning and practice to prepare for a transition; and other tailored support.
