Advisory Services

I support justice-focused organizations with strategic advice to leadership teams and boards. I serve as a listening board, help organizations refine the questions they are working to answer, and facilitate organizations’ work to uncover their own solutions.

My work specializes in supporting organizations aligning their external justice-focused missions with internal policy and practice.

Strategy Reviews

Strategy work also includes working with organizations to design, refine, or review their missions, vision, and strategy as elements of their theory of change. 

This work can include:

• facilitation of workshops with teams and boards as part of meetings or retreats,

• strategy support including stakeholder or issue mapping and internal and external stakeholder interviews and analysis,

• support to design of theory of change systems incorporating an organization’s actions, leading to outputs, leading to outcomes, leading to achievement of mission, and ultimate vision, and

• support with communications tools to share mission, vision, and values.
